This is an excellent book for training with Martial Art equipment (heavy bag, bad drills, foam pads...) Dan Inosanto using Jeet Kune Do technics offer powerful and basic technics for any marial arts and street fight combat sports. This book is recommended for anyone who wants to seriously train on an heavy bag and other equipment. The only problem is that out off 24 drills only 7 are using the left lead.
