I don't know about you, but I start off every year with a fresh batch of diet books and exercise DVDs. And every year by the end of the first week I still haven't tried a single recipe. And the exercise DVDs have been watched and deemed too tough for any human to get through. This year I wanted to find something that would help me lose weight and keep it off for good. Bob Harper, as on the Biggest Loser, is awesome in his book. The book gets you to think about your body as a sacred vessel...I love that. Anyway, highly recommended for all those struggling with weight issues.

If you are ready to really change your life, this book is for you. Bob goes into the emotional aspects of weight loss and the journey along the way. He tries to help you accept you for you. But, it's your decision whether you head the advice and change your life. A lot of it is about you. Bob can help get you going, but if you're not ready, you will never complete the journey.
