Complicated:
The book gives a lot of detail, which is good. However, as a beginner in this game, all of the information was a little overwhelming. The pages are colorful and filled with pictures and information, but are also a little cluttered. If you want lots of information and detail about the game, the book is great. If you want an overview, it's too much.
Super Mario Galaxy:
I have been a Nintendo fan ever since I was a little kid. When I first heard about the Wii and this game, I knew that I had to have it. This guide is a great thing to have. It provides details about the game and strategies I never even thought of. It's really great.
Lots of Detail!:
This guide provides a huge amount of detail and is well printed on glossy pages at a good resolution. I suppose when one considers that all the information in the book is freely available on the Internet, it has to provide a reason to spend 20 bucks-- and it does! It covers all the special moves/jumps Mario can make in his adventures-- many of which aren't in the manual provided with the game. This alone was super-helpful. My son who is a 7 year old loves this game. Could not put it down. This game is fun for all ages though.
