This book is full of so much information!:
I bought this book about a month ago and must say it has quickly become one of my favorites regarding health. It's more than just cellulite reduction, if you follow the advice in this book you will see not only your figure improve, but also your mood and energy level. It is really more like a guide line for healthy living!

I've dabbled occasionally with Nicole Ronsard's philosophy for over 20 years but didn't take her approach seriously until now. Something to do with turning 50. I wanted to be in shape again. I was really surprised to learn about the sodium/potassium balance that plays such a big role in cellulite. I was very impressed with the author's encouragement to eat raw fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and sprouts etc. I have been studying (and practicing) raw foodism for a little while on and off and considering this book was written in 1995 (and that was the second edition!)
