Good book. I bought to listen during my ride to work. The narrator is a little boring. But the content is great.
A Day Late and a Dollar Short:
This book is the outcome of what happened when master negotiator Jim Camp (author of "Start with No!") was invited to a symposium on negotiating at Harvard, and proceeded to blow William Ury & company out of the water. Camp is the real deal and has the data to back it up. The Harvard guys hated Camp and had to regroup to save their academic behinds.
