My opinion:
I have read all of Dave Lindahl's books. I also bought his course. Of all the so called "Guru's" out there, I find him to be the best! Commercial properties are for "Investor's", Residential properties are for "Home Owners". His book is very refreshing & covers the basics & beyond. I have been a Broker for 28 years, mainly Land & Commercial Mortgages. I highly recommend his material.
Decent:
This book isn't actually written by Donald Trump, but that doesn't mean it's not any good. I haven't read the book cover to cover yet but I have flipped through and read about 50% I would say and I am satisfied with the product for the price.
