Some really good info, impossible diet to follow:
This book provided me with one of the best piece of information about skin that is exfoliation does not makes you skin thinner rather makes it thicker. I am really grateful to Dr. Denese for making that clear because I always worried that if I use my micridermabrasion cream more my already thin skin will be thinner. But the extant of exfoliation this book suggested is not suitable for a sensitive skin person (I just have mildly sensitive skin). Infact I dont think even I can sustain use of 10% glycolic acid... more info

This book has given me a great overview in knowledge about skin care. Dr Denese does own her own product line which is mentioned throughout, (but not exclusively). I found the info relating to ingredients and strength of ingredients very helpful. As well as the different steps in cleansing and moizturizing. good skin care advice:
i've had this book in my home library for a while. i referred to it recently and it was super helpful in a skin issue i was having. i took the opportunity to refresh on how i should be handling my skin type and the results of dr. denese's advice were fast and obvious. i'm happy. getting into a dermatologist is hard, you often have to wait for weeks so for me the advice in this book was timely and i was able to treat my breakout without a doctor visit. it should be noted that i already had a prescription... more info
