I am so thrilled with the results of this book. Not only are you told and shown the exercises, but they really work. How refreshing to find something to make me look and feel fantastic!I am a true believer in this method of face lifting. I look 20 years younger, by working my facial muscles. I have been using Carole Maggio's Facercise program for 13 years now. I am more than pleased with the results I have been able to achieve with Facercise. I cannot imagine how my face would have aged without it! In fact, that's a pretty scary thought! The new revised book is great because it not only describes the exercises in detail, it contains 8 advanced exercises for those areas of the face that might require additional attention. My husband noticed the difference in 6 days, and he did not know what I was doing. We went out to dinner one night after 6 days of my doing the facercises and he said "What ever you've been doing to your face is working". How about that?
Me and my Face...:
Hello, I bought this book about a month ago. I've been doing the exercises, well actually, only 2 of them out of the many provided. Everything is fine. I do sometimes wish I bought a video version as the pictures and words do what they can but still leave it up to you to figure out exactly how to properly do the exercises. I guess a video or even someone in person would be most helpful but that is not a books fault. So with that said, I don't regret my purchase and the book gets 4 stars. Why not 5? I guess... more info
