I Was Skeptical, But It's Working!:
I have to admit I was a little skeptical when I ordered this, but I was willing to give it a shot. I'd heard of T-Tapp before, but really didn't know much about it. You do a series of exercises in a certain sequence, and the claim is that you will lose inches off your abs, hips, thighs, arms, etc. -- everywhere, actually. The exercises can be done in as little as 15 minutes, or you can do a full-length workout (approximately 45 minutes), for more inch loss and strengthening. I've had the book for a couple... more info

It works great for me and it confirmed my believes about workout. I exercised a lot without any noticeable results. I know so many people who spend hours every day to exercise without noticable results.
T-Tapp gave me my life back and a wellshaped body. I highly recommend this book and especially the DVD's. In the beginning exercising only with the book was frustrating. I needed the DVD's to really see how I have to do it. Then I would read the exercise again in the book to be sure to make it right.... more info
