one of the best book in conditioning:
one of my best book in conditioning. i do the programs everyday. almost all exercises were functional and effective. i am not a MMA fighter but my endurance and capability to do my job was enhanced by the reccommended programs. hoping for another book. A 5 star rating for a good book and a great coach. thanks

Has a chapter on... more info
